Il buon vecchio racconto della bis bis nonna was created to bring stories, characters and imagination into libraries and cultural spaces, creating opportunities for children and their families to come together.

At the heart of the project is the great-great-grandmother, a glove puppet who introduces each story and guides the audience through tales brought to life using a variety of puppetry techniques: glove puppets, shadows, objects, puppets and much more.

Each session continues with a hands-on workshop in puppet making and manipulation, inspired by the story the children have just experienced. In this way, children become active participants in the journey, experimenting, creating and bringing their own creation to life to take home with them.
